iPay is an online system that allows our associates to view their pay statements at their convenience and is maintained and hosted by our payroll provider, ADP. It has very strong security features to ensure the privacy of your information and that you are the only one with access to your information.
Please follow the steps below to register with the system. Thereafter you will receive an email notifying you when your pay statement has been posted and available to view. There are also several calculator tools that can help you with what-if scenarios for deductions and taxes.
To register and use the service for the first time you will need a recent pay statement: (note: you must have a paystub in order to register for the first time)
- Open the web browser and go to: https://paystatements.adp.com.
- Click “Register Now”. If your browser returns a blank page please do the following:
- Click on “Tools”, “Internet options”, “Privacy”, “Advanced” and check the box “Override automatic cookie handling” and “Allow session cookies”.
- Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code “CCHMYPAY-iPay”. The code is case sensitive.
- From the available products select “iPayStatements”, click “Next” and then select “Pay statements” and “Next”.
- From your pay statement enter:
- Company code (91A-Corporate or 919-W-2 Associates)
- File number (listed next to company)
- Your SSN
- Pay date (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Voucher or check number
- Click “submit”
- Enter the following:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Challenge question
- A password of your choice (minimum 8 characters, must contain at least one letter and one number)
- Click “submit”
- The system will display your ID
- Enter your ID and password to access your pay statements for 2008.
Security Note: please remember to click “No” every time Windows asks you if you wish to save your password. Save your password, challenge question and ID in a safe place and don’t share with anyone.
