Gaurav Sharma, Managing Director

Gaurav Sharma is the Managing Director of Assent Consulting.  He brings more than eight years of sales and management experience in various industries.

Gaurav joined Assent Consulting in January 2005 as Division Manager for the Biostatistics and SAS Programming Division.  He has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth through new business development and sales activities. Prior to joining Assent, he held sales and management positions with marketing/call-center and property management companies.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Delhi University, India and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University, California.

Currently, Gaurav is responsible for managing operations for the company’s two offices (Cupertino and Solana Beach).

Bradley Mann, Division Director

Bradley Mann is Division Director of Assent Consulting, leading the Clinical, Regulatory and Compliance service lines. He has more than a decade of successful experience in business development, management, sales and recruiting.

Brad has built and led effective teams that have provided contract and direct-hire placement services in a number of technical disciplines. Brad’s focus has been the highly specialized talent requirements of growing businesses within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, information technology and engineering sectors.  His portfolio of clients includes customers ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 industry leaders.

Prior to joining Assent Consulting, Brad held recruiting, account management, business development, and management roles at Hall Kinion and Associates.  While at Hall Kinion he also served as a guest lecturer and subject matter expert for the company’s training organization.
